Laos - The Place

We found Laos not to be just about the paddling. The weather was hot, really hot, we wore cotton on the river to keep cool but still got worn out quickly. So we found ourselves chilling out more than paddling. Not a problem with freindly locals, more beer than we could drink ... with no hangovers, warm water to swim in and lots of rabies free animals:

Freindly locals from our favorite Resturant, Mama Dam the owner is in the middle, Papa Sid her huband in the yellow to the right. This guy is amazing, worth going all that way just to meet him.
